BEVEL GEAR SCREW JACK

  • Gear ratio: 4:1.
  • Standard model: Body in Nodular Cast Iron, Pinions and Bevel Gear in high resistance Steel, Nut in special Bronze, Work Screw in high resistance Steel.
  • Mechanical stops for max extension. (Do not use as positive stops, but for emergency only).

MITRE GEAR BOXES

  • Mitre Gear Boxes are used, jointly with couplings and connecting shafts, for multiple Jack arrangements.
  • (3) or (4) ways units.
  • Sizes: Torque up to 240 Nm and torque up to 430 Nm.
  • Gear ratio: 1:1.
  • Execution: Body in Nodular Cast Iron, Gears and shafts in hardened Steel, Inlet Shafts in special high tensile Steel.
  • Body and external parts in Stainless Steel
  • Recommended lubrication: Oil type EP220 or equivalent.

MICRO SCREW JACKS

  • Suitable for slow and fine adjustments.
  • Standard Jacks are self locking, for non vibrating applications.
  • Capacity: 5 kN.
  • Gear ratios: 40:1.
  • Anti-Backlash device.
  • Manual model: knob and centesimal dial indicator.
  • Motorized model: AC or DC motor. Position detection with linear transducer and signal conditioning system.
  • Execution: Body in anodized cast Brass, Worm Screw in Stainless Steel, Worm Gear in special Bronze, Work Screw in high tensile Stainless Steel.

SCREW JACK PROTECTIONS

Application of Screw Jack in aggressive and dust environment requires a Work Screw protection features.

Protection device helps maintain the proper lubrication of the Work Screw.

Protection from dust and moisture is achieved with the use of Neoprene bellow boots which cover Work Screw on its extension.

Protection from corrosive and solids is achieved with the use of spiral springs. Spiral springs are made in standard spring Steel or Stainless Steel.

NOTE:
The use of protections can vary some of the overall Screw Jack dimensions with respect to standard models.
